 Attestation Form Required to complete fill by candidates with Self details and family details including following details.

 ii) Present address / contact address including house number/flat number, gali number, post office, police station, Districts and State with pin code.

iii) Permanent address including house number/flat number, gali number, post office, police station, Districts and State with pin code.

iv) Father Full Name & details including surname as per 10th Mark sheet shown.

v) Candidates Educational qualification as per notification and mentioned in online form filling.

vi) Previous job details if applicable.

vii) police case such as criminal nature shall be recorded in local police station.

viii) Name and address of  Two responsible persons in your locality or two reference to whom you are known. (use during police verification by local police with signature of responsible persons on your verification letter.)

 

 

👉identity certificate :-  This certificate issued by following officers or certificate to be signed by any of the following -

i) Gazetted officer of state or central governments.

ii) member of parliaments or state legislature. 

iii) sub-divisional magistrate/officers.

👉Character certificate :-  

 

Character certificate is two types, i) for Group-C & D both post will be use as FORMAT -A as non sensitive service. ii) for Group- D both post will be use as FORMAT -B  as non sensitive service.

Character certificate will be obtained from last study of students with Principle/ head master / head of institute signature and stamp. and Character certificate duly signed by Executive Magistrate / District  Magistrate (DM) or Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

Declaration by student has been submitted as per given format with Two Railways employees signature whom you are known. some times Railway not demands this types of format because every students not able to complete two working railway employee signature.
