उपर्युक्त शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे निम्नलिखित मूल प्रमाण पत्र/दस्तावेज बिना किसी असफलता के लाएं और निर्धारित प्रारूप में कुछ प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने के लिए क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों की वेबसाइटों पर उपलब्ध सीईएन-01/2019 के अनुलग्नक देखें:
i. जन्म तिथि आदि के प्रमाण के लिए मैट्रिक / हाई स्कूल परीक्षा प्रमाण पत्र या समकक्ष प्रमाण पत्र
ii. प्री-डिग्री/10+2/हायर सेकेंडरी/इंटर पास सर्टिफिकेट (जो भी लागू हो)। मैं। iii. निर्धारित योग्यता रखने पर मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र और अंक पत्र (परिणामों के प्रकाशन की तारीख का संकेत)। ऑनलाइन आवेदन की तिथि के अनुसार स्नातक/डिग्री।
iv. अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए अनुबंध-I में निर्धारित प्रारूप में जाति प्रमाण पत्र और सीएन-03/2015 में उल्लिखित उपयुक्त प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों के लिए अनुलग्नक- II में ओबीसी प्रमाण पत्र। अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग उम्मीदवारों को गैर-मलाईदार परत प्रमाणीकरण के साथ नवीनतम सामुदायिक प्रमाण पत्र जमा करना होगा जो दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन की तारीख को एक वर्ष से अधिक पुराना नहीं है। इसके अलावा, ओबीसी (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर) उम्मीदवारों को सीईएन-01/2019 के अनुलग्नक-III में निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक स्व-घोषणा पत्र लाना चाहिए।
v. परीक्षा शुल्क में छूट की मांग करने वाले अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के उम्मीदवारों के लिए गैर-न्यायिक स्टांप पेपर पर CEN-01/2019 के अनुलग्नक-V के अनुसार अनुबंध-IV और अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय स्व-घोषणा के अनुसार निर्धारित प्रारूप में आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े उम्मीदवारों के लिए आय प्रमाण पत्र।
vi. वर्तमान नियोक्ता से सभी सेवा विवरणों के साथ अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी) स्पष्ट रूप से यह उल्लेख करते हुए कि अंतिम रूप से चयनित होने पर उन्हें रिहा करने में उन्हें कोई आपत्ति नहीं है केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों के सेवारत कर्मचारी।
vii. पेंशन भुगतान आदेश। सेवामुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र, भूतपूर्व सैनिक पुस्तक, पूर्व के मामले में पहचान पत्र। सर्विसमैन उम्मीदवार स्पष्ट रूप से छुट्टी के कारण और अन्य विवरणों का उल्लेख करते हैं।
viii. विकलांग व्यक्तियों (पीडब्ल्यूडी) के लिए CEN-01/2019 के अनुलग्नक-VI(A) या अनुलग्नक-VI(B), या अनुलग्नक-VI(C) में उपयुक्त प्राधिकारी/उचित मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा जारी निर्धारित प्रपत्र में PwD प्रमाण पत्र। पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवार के मामले में टाइपिंग स्किल टेस्ट से छूट के लिए मूल चिकित्सा प्रमाण पत्र जिन्होंने इस तरह का प्रमाण पत्र ------- से -------- के दौरान आरआरबीएस वेबसाइटों पर अपलोड किया था।
ix. आरआरबी की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में एक नेत्र विशेषज्ञ द्वारा मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट, उन उम्मीदवारों के मामले में आवश्यक है, जिन्होंने ट्रैफिक अपरेंटिस (कैट नंबर 2) और गुड्स गार्ड (कैट नंबर 4) के लिए आवेदन किया है। x. विधवा/तलाकशुदा/न्यायिक रूप से अलग महिला उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाने वाला प्रमाण पत्र/कानूनी दस्तावेज, लेकिन पुनर्विवाह नहीं किया और आयु में छूट की मांग की। टेस्ट और टाइपिंग के लिए
xi. प्रथम चरण सीबीटी, द्वितीय चरण सीबीटी, एप्टीट्यूड स्किल टेस्ट (जो भी लागू हो) के ई-कॉल लेटर के ऊपरी भाग।
xii. दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन और उम्मीदवारी की वास्तविकता के लिए यह ई-कॉल-लेटर।
xxii. ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ अपलोड किए गए 3-10 पासपोर्ट आकार के रंगीन फोटो।
xiv. उम्मीदवार के पास उपलब्ध सीईएन-1/2019 के तहत आवश्यक कोई अन्य प्रासंगिक प्रमाण पत्र/प्रशंसापत्र/दस्तावेज।
Note:-Affidavit एक्सवी ऑनलाइन आवेदन में नाम, पिता के नाम और मूल प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेजों में वर्तनी में भिन्नता के मामले में, उम्मीदवारों को आवश्यक स्टांप पेपर पर मजिस्ट्रेट या नोटरी के समक्ष निष्पादित प्रासंगिक हलफनामा प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि प्रमाण पत्र में संदर्भित व्यक्ति है सत्यापन की तारीख पर एक और वही।
Note-2:- उम्मीदवार को मद संख्या (1) से (x) के सामने उल्लिखित मूल प्रमाणपत्रों/दस्तावेजों में से प्रत्येक की स्पष्ट और सुपाठ्य स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी के 2 (दो) सेट भी लाने चाहिए।
The above shortlisted candidates are advised to bring the following original certificates/documents without fail and refer Annexures to CEN-03/2015 available on RRBs' websites for producing certain certificates in prescribed format:
i. Matriculation/High School Examination certificate or equivalent Certificate for proof of date of birth, etc.
ii. Pre-degree/10+2/Higher Secondary/Inter pass certificate (whichever is applicable).
iii. Certificate and mark-sheets (indicating date of publication of results) issued by recognized university on possessing prescribed qualification viz. Graduation/Degree as on the date of online application.
iv. Caste certificate in prescribed formats in Annexure-l for SC/ST candidates and OBC certificate in Annexure-II for OBC candidates issued by appropriate authority as mentioned in CEN-01/2019. OBC candidates have to submit latest community certificate with non-creamy layer certification which is not more than one year old as on the date of document verification. In addition, OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates should bring a self-declaration in the format prescribed in Annexure-III of CEN-01/2019
v. Income certificate for Economically Backward candidates in prescribed format as per Annexure-IV & Minority Community self-declaration as per Annexure-V of CEN-01/2019 on non-judicial stamp paper for minority community candidates who sought exemption of examination fee.
vi. No Objection Certificate (NOC) with all service particulars from the present employer clearly mentioning that there is no objection by them for releasing him/her, if finally selected in case of serving employee of Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings.
vii. Pension Payment Order. Discharge Certificate, Ex-serviceman book, Identity Card in case of Ex. Serviceman candidates clearly mentioning the reason of discharge & other details.
viii. PwD certificate in prescribed proforma issued by appropriate authority/ proper Medical Board in Annexure-VI(A) or Annexure-Vi(B), or Annexure-VI(C) of CEN-01/2019 for persons with disabilities (PWD). Original Medical Certificate for exemption from Typing Skill Test in case of PWD candidate who had uploaded such certificate during ------ to ------- on RRBS websites.
ix. Medical Certificate, by an eye specialist in the prescribed proforma available on RRB's website, is required in case of candidates who have applied for Traffic Apprentices (Cat No. 2) and Goods Guard (Cat No. 4).
x. Certificate/legal document to be submitted by Widow/Divorcee/Judicially separated women candidates but not remarried and sought age relaxation. Test and for Typing
xi. Upper portions of the e-call letters of 1st Stage CBT, 2nd Stage CBT, Aptitude Skill Test (whichever applicable).
xii. This e-call-letter for Verification of Documents & genuineness of candidature. xxii. 3-10 passport size colour photographs as uploaded with the on-line application.
xiv. Any other relevant certificates/testimonials/documents required under CEN-1/2019 available with the candidate.
xv. In case of variation in spelling in name, fathers name in the on-line application and original certificates/documents, candidates are required to submit relevant affidavit executed before Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers stating that the referred person in certificate(s) is one and same on the date of verification.
The candidate should also bring 2 (two) sets of clear & legible self-attested photocopies each of the original certificates/documents mentioned above against item No. (1) to (x).

👉Character certificate :-
Character
certificate is two types, i) for Group-C & D both post will be use
as FORMAT -A as non sensitive service. ii) for Group- D both post will
be use as FORMAT -B as non sensitive service.
Character certificate duly signed by Executive Magistrate / District Magistrate (DM) or Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

Declaration by student has been submitted as per given format with Two Railways employees signature whom
you are known. some times Railway not demands this types of format
because every students not able to complete two working railway employee
signature.

(विभिन्न एनटीपीसी स्नातक और स्नातक पदों की भर्ती के लिए) दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन प्रक्रिया पर नोटिस
1. दूसरे चरण का कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी-2) प्रत्येक वेतन स्तर के लिए अलग से आयोजित किया गया था। इस प्रकार, उम्मीदवारों को उनकी योग्यता और उस संबंधित वेतन स्तर में पदों के विकल्प के अनुसार एक से अधिक वेतन स्तरों पर विचार किया जाना है।
2. हालांकि, जैसा कि उम्मीदवार को केवल एक पद के लिए पैनल में रखा जा सकता है, यह आवश्यक है कि दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग को एक के बाद एक विभिन्न वेतन स्तरों में प्रकाशित किया जाए, जो कि उच्चतम वेतन स्तर 6 से शुरू होता है, ताकि अद्वितीय उम्मीदवारों को वेतन स्तर के पार शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जा सके ।

4. वेतन स्तर -6 में पदों के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग सीबीटी -2, एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट (स्टेशन मास्टर के पद के लिए) में स्कोर और ऑनलाइन आवेदन में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत वेतन स्तर -6 के भीतर विभिन्न पदों की प्राथमिकता पर आधारित थी।
5. उपरोक्त क्रमांक 2 में बताए गए अनुसार अद्वितीय उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट करने के लिए, जो उम्मीदवार वेतन स्तर -6 में पदों के लिए दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया गया एक वचन देना होगा कि यदि वेतन स्तर -6 के पदों के लिए चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट पाए जाने पर, वे विचार किए जाने के अधिकार को खो देंगे कोई अन्य वेतन स्तर। इस प्रकार उम्मीदवारों को केवल एक पद के लिए पैनलबद्ध किया जाएगा।
6. वेतन स्तर -6 के पदों के लिए चिकित्सकीय रूप से अयोग्य पाए जाने वाले उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित वेतन स्तर में उनकी योग्यता और चिकित्सा फिटनेस के अनुसार अगले निचले वेतन स्तर के पदों पर शॉर्टलिस्ट करने के लिए विचार किया जाएगा।
7. वेतन स्तर-6 के पद के लिए मेडिकल जांच के बाद अंतिम रूप से पैनल में शामिल उम्मीदवार होगा अन्य निचले वेतन स्तर के पदों के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग प्रक्रिया से बाहर रखा गया है। प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को सामान्य पाठ्यक्रम में केवल एक बार दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और चिकित्सा परीक्षा में भाग लेने की आवश्यकता होती है।
8. इसके बाद, अन्य निचले वेतन स्तरों (वेतन स्तर 5, 4, 3 और 2) की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग चरणबद्ध तरीके से प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
9. वेतन स्तर में उम्मीदवारों के योग्यता क्रम और सभी स्तरों पर उम्मीदवार के पैनल में विशिष्टता बनाए रखने के लिए, उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया का पालन किया जा रहा है। बड़ी संख्या में टंकण परीक्षण लिपियों का मूल्यांकन एक समय लेने वाली प्रक्रिया है। हालांकि, आरआरबी इस प्रक्रिया को कम से कम समय में पूरा करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठा रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार अफवाहों या गलत सूचना के झांसे में न आएं। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपडेट के लिए नियमित रूप से आरआरबी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट देखें।
10. उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर नवीनतम अपडेट के लिए केवल आरआरबी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट देखें। कृपया अनधिकृत स्रोतों से गुमराह न हों।
11. उन दलालों से सावधान रहें जो अवैध रूप से विचार करके नौकरी के लिए नियुक्ति के झूठे वादों के साथ उम्मीदवारों को गुमराह करने का प्रयास करते हैं। आरआरबी परीक्षा में भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से कम्प्यूटरीकृत है और चयन विशुद्ध रूप से उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता पर आधारित है।
CEN 01/2019
(FOR RECRUITMENT OF VARIOUS NTPC GRADUATE AND UNDER GRADUATE POSTS) NOTICE ON DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PROCESS
1. The 2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2) was conducted separately for each Pay level. As such, the candidates have to be considered in more than one Pay levelas per their merit and option for posts in that respective Pay level.
2. However, as candidate can only be empanelled against any one post, it is essential to publish the shortlisting for Document Verification in various Pay levels one after the other in sequence, starting from highest Pay level of 6, so that unique candidates are shortlisted across Pay level.
3. Accordingly, the shortlisting of candidates for Document Verification for the posts in Pay Level
6 has already been published by RRBS. 4. The shortlisting against the posts in Pay level-6 was based on the score in CBT-2, Aptitude Test (for the post of Station Master) and the priority of various postswithin Pay level-6 furnished by the candidates in the online application.
5. In order to shortlist unique candidates as explained at Sl.no 2 above, the candidates who are
called for Document Verification for the posts in Pay level-6 have to give an undertaking that if
found medically fit for the posts of pay Level-6, they will forfeit the right to be considered for any other Pay levels. Candidates will thus be empanelled against one post only.
6. The candidates found medically unfit for the posts in Pay level-6 will be considered for shortlisting to next lower Pay level posts as per their merit and medical fitness in that respective Pay level.
7. The candidate finally empanelled, after Medical Examination, for the post in Pay level-6 will be excluded in the shortlisting process to other lower Pay level posts. Each Candidate needs to attend Document Verification and Medical Examination only once in normal course. 8. Thereafter, the shortlisting of other lower pay levels (Pay level 5, 4, 3 &2) will be published in phased manner.
9. To maintain the merit order of the candidates in a Pay level and uniqueness in empanelment of the candidate across levels, the above process is being followed. Evaluation of large number of Typing Test scripts is a time consuming process. However, RRBs are taking all necessary steps to complete the process in the shortest possible time. Candidates should not fall prey to rumors or misinformation. Candidates are advised to regularly visit RRB's official website for updates.
10. Candidates are advised to refer only to the official website of RRBs for latest updates on the recruitment process. Please do not be misled by unauthenticated sources.
11. Beware of touts who try to misguide candidates with fake promises of appointment for jobs on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRB exams is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates.
RRB NTPC level-6 Final Result has been declared on 7 September 2022 for Documents verification and medical examination on 07.09.2022.
RRB NTPC CBT 2 level-6 Result has been declared RRB chennai & Bangaluru on 07.06.2022 for CBAT & Psycho test (Apttitude test).

How many percentage psycho test marks add in final merit of RRB NTPC?
