Details solution:-

The relationship between the root mean square (RMS) and peak value of a sine wave is that the RMS value is 0.707 times the peak value.    

RMS to peak 

The peak value can be calculated from the RMS value by multiplying the RMS value by the square root of two.
The RMS value is also known as the effective value. It depends on the magnitude of the waveform, but not on its frequency or phase angle.

Calculation:-

peak value =  RMS value / 0.707 = 100 / 0.707 = 141.4 Ampere
